It's one of the Charmkins Pocket Pops. Primrose Fairy has purple hair with flowers in it and wears a yellow dress.

The Pocket Pops case is light purple with a lattice handle that opens up to reveal a magic garden inside. There are pink and white flowers and a pretty garden scene in the background. Primrose Fairy sits on a small peg at the front of the case, she pops up with the case is opened and folds down when the lid is pressed shut.

Primrose Fairy can be removed for play. She has a loop on the top of her head so she can hang from other pieces and a hole in the bottom so she can stand on pieces with pegs or the Charmkins Jewelry Carry Case.

The Primrose Fairy has a few paint rubs. The peg that she sits on is slightly bent so she doesn't lower down into the case properly, you'll need to push her just a bit for her to lower. It's common for the swivel mechanism to break due to the plastic getting brittle with age, so she should be left in the case or removed carefully if you plan to take her out.
The bottom of the case is marked "1984 Hasbro."

Measurements:

Primrose Fairy height: 1 1/4 inch (3.2 cm)
Pocket pop Length (including handle and button): 5 1/4 inches (13.3 cm)
Pocket Pop width: 3 1/8 inches (7.9 cm)

Condition: Used, vintage
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0755/3463/1170/files/primrose-fairy-charmkins-pocket-pops-magic-garden-case_1.jpg?v=1792582540
