Mantra
नाशयत्येष वै भूतं तदेव सृजति प्रभुः।
पायत्येष तपत्येष वर्षत्येष गभस्तिभिः॥
Transliteration:
nāśayatyeṣa vai bhūtaṃ tadeva sṛjati prabhuḥ।
pāyatyeṣa tapatyeṣa varṣatyeṣa gabhastibhiḥ॥
Hindi Translation:
ये भगवान् सूर्य ही समस्त भूतों की सृष्टि और संहार करते हैं।
इनकी किरणों से पानी सूखता है, गर्म होता हे, औरवर्षा के रूप में पुनः नीचे भी आता है।
English Translation:
The one who creates heat by his brilliant rays, he alone creates and destroys all that has come into being.
By his rays the waters wither, heat up and come down as rain again.
