Transliteration:
uddharedātmanātmānaṃ nātmānamavasādayet।
ātmaiva hyātmano bandhurātmaiva ripurātmanaḥ॥
Hindi Translation:
स्वयं अपना उद्धार करे अपना पतन न करे,
क्योंकि आप ही अपना मित्र है और आप ही अपना शत्रु है।
