Transliteration:
deśe kāle ca pātre ca taddānaṃ sāttvikaṃ smṛtam।
Hindi Translation:
जो दान स्थान, काल और पात्र (व्यक्ति) को दिया जाता है, उसे सात्विकी (दान) कहा गया है।
English Translation:
Donation at the proper time and in the proper place, is stated to be sättvika (pure donation).
